Steve McLaren: "Whoever wants De Jong must pay good money!"

Steve McLaren said today that he doesn't wish to sell Luuk de Jong, but if anyone wants him, than he must pay a lot of money to acquire him. In fact reports in the media are saying that the bid of £8 million that Newcastle offered for the striker was rejected. However the 'stupid money' that McLaren described could be an offer of £12.5 million, a rice which the Dutch media are quoting, and so a price in somewhere in between the 2 prices could be accepted by Twente. If Newcastle fail to sign the Twente and Dutch striker, there are other teams who are targeting the player, which are Liverpool, Tottenham, Borussia Dortmund, Inter and Juventus.
