Reading secured Pavel Pogrebnyak

Reading needs only the work permit of Pavel Pogrebnyak after the club agreed terms with the player, and after Pogrebnyak passed the medical. The news of the arrival of Pogrebnyak was made official by Reading themselves on their website. He is coming without paying a sterling for his transfer, however there are reports saying that he will be paid £68,000 a week for 4 years. Last season he was on loan at Fulham from Stuttgart, and played 12 games, scoring 6 goals.Reading are looking to strengthen their squad after the were promoted in the Premier League.
