Barcelona to raid Chelsea's squad

Newly appointed Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova is looking to bolster his current team, mainly by trying to capture two Chelsea players; David Luiz and Branislav Ivanovic. It is believed that the new boss will try to snatch back the La Liga from arch-rivals Real Madrid, and hopefully also to challenge for the Champions League. These transfers are only mere substitutes for Barcelona players, as Carles Puyol having reached 34 years of age and Eric Abidal having undergone a liver transplant, even though some say that the Frenchman can still play in the future. David Luiz is facing some serious competition for a starting place in the Chelsea line-up, and so he could consider a move to the Spanish giants, who are known to be in heavy need for a centre-back (Mascherano is sometimes being employed in that position).
