Rio Ferdinand furious at England FA

Rio Ferdinand representatives are accusing the English FA and Roy Hodgson of total lack of respect after yet again he was not called up for the Euro 2012. some time before Gary Cahill was ruled out of the Euro Championship because he got injured with a fractured double jaw in the friendly against Belgium last Saturday. Last week he used the stand-by defender Phil Jagielka to replace Gareth Barry, and yet again he had to replace another player.



Last May Hodgson already faced a lot of questions when Rio Ferdinand was not named, and some said that the cause of not being called is because his brother Anton has a case of racism against John Terry. And today this was further evidenced as yet again he was not called, even though Ferdinand has a lot of experience. Rio's friends are saying that Hodgson is showing a total lack of respect, especially when Rio has captained England and represented his nation for 81 times. Martin Kelly just played 12 times for Liverpool, but he is looking forward for the opportunity. Having missed Lampard and Barry it was an obvious choice to pick Ferdinand in order to get some experience in the squad but this was not the case, even though Ferdinand played 26 games more than Kelly. On his twitter Ferdinand wrote "What reasons?????!!!" after hearing who was called instead of Cahill.
