MANNY PACQUIAO lost??? Guys! Filipinos! Take it easy! Boxing and American Idol is just like an brand. It's simply marketing really. And we as the audience is being manipulated into believing the drama.

These have been going on since the beginning of time. It's all planned, just like any other show or soap opera. Bradley needs to be known and Manny Pacquiao just happens to be the best advertising vehicle for him. And of course, the best marketing strategy is to create a "scandal". And that's what the split decision is for.

Sad to say, Manny, Jessica and other figures who place themselves in these kinds of shows fall prey to the plans of producers, show writers and marketing. But if they didn't, we won't have the entertainment we so look forward to watching.

Manny is a certified great actor and Bradley's career launch is a success! It's just great marketing!!! Hahaha!

Anyways, here's a post for you to have an idea of how the fight "show" went down. Toink! :o)

The boxing world has been turned upside down. Timothy Bradley defeated Manny Pacquiao tonight via incredibly controversial split decision on scores of 115-113 across the board, staying undefeated, ending Manny Pacquiao's amazing win streak, and winning the WBO welterweight title.

Bad Left Hook scored it 117-111 for Manny Pacquiao. Scores were all over among media members I respect. Many live at the fight had it far closer than those watching on TV.

In the early rounds, Manny Pacquiao controlled a lot of the action with his straight left hand, but though he bombed away at Bradley and wobbled him a couple of times, he was never close to stopping him or anything like that.

If you gave Tim Bradley rounds earlier in the fight, this was close. Obviously, that happened with the ringside judges.

Bradley (29-0, 12 KO) did close the fight pretty well, and didn't fight poorly. But he appeared to many of us to be outgunned and overpowered in the fight.

I feel stunned right now, and I think I want to see this fight a couple more times before I make up my mind about how I feel here. Some are crying robbery, some are not.

We've got a new star, it appears. But it didn't happen the way anyone would have preferred. Once again, we're mired in huge controversy.

When asked by HBO's Max Kellerman if he thought he won the fight, Manny Pacquiao said, "Absolutely." But he also stated, "It's part of the game. I accept that whole-heartedly. I did my best, but my best wasn't good enough."

The rematch is all but booked for November 10.
