Montpellier sign 2 players; Giroud replacements?

Montpellier announced the deal of 2 signings, that of Daniel Congre and Gaetan Charbonnier. Congre was Toulouse captain last season, and he arrived free because his contract expired. He signed for 4 years. Charbonnier played in Ligue 2 last season with Angers. Could Charbonnier be Olivier Giroud's replacement, after sources confirmed with us that Giroud's deal is almost done?
