De Rossi would love to play in England one day

Daniele de Rossi admitted that he would love to play in England for some time as he considers the league one of the best of the world. De Rossi signed a new contract with Roma last February, but now he heated speculation about his future by saying that the English league is more interesting than the Italians. De Rossi would be a good signing for any club as he can play effectively in both defense and even in midfield, as was evidenced when he played with Roma and Italy. He also said that he admired Steven Gerrard a lot, who in this tournament was a central figure for England with his passing and defending. Gerrard in fact shined in the Euro 2012 finals this year.
