Who Would Have Known??

I was half attentive to my culture class tonight when I noticed that the professor was showing something on the overhead. I didn't pay much attention until he mentioned "relationships."

My class is about dealing with different cultures in business. He showed this overhead and related it not only to business but also personal life.

KEYS TO SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIP

• Good communication

• An understanding of the partner

• A willingness to tolerate differences

• A decision-making pattern that is acceptable to both partners

• A strong commitment to the partnership

I thought this was such an amazing lesson for the day!!! So next time when I enter a new relationship, I will definitely keep this in mind. If I don't, REMIND ME!
