Oh my gosh! The most intense episode EVER!!! I am pulsing with energy and excitement!
Klaus - I just want to hug him and hope he doesn't bite me. He CRIED!!!! Wow, I think I'm in love. He was hurt! All he wanted was to have a family that doesn't want to kill him. All he wanted was to be LOVED. And yet people keep getting in his way. Now I understand his intentions. (I might even be on his side.) He was even true to his word: he gave Stefan his freedom!

Damon - he was PISSED! Wow, I've never seen him SO MAD! But hey, he got close to Elena, what more can he ask for right? Yum! He's just so adorable and... strangely human-like. My favorite Damon habit: ripping out people's hearts. It's like a signature move.

Elena/Katherine - She was very emotional and self-doubting in this episode. She just didn't have it in her to go through with the plan. Thankfully, Katherine was there. How she managed to stay alive, I have no idea, but that's great :) I'm glad she's not dead.
Stefan - his "freedom" is back. WHY WON'T HE COME BACK TO ELENA? I know I've said Elena should be with Damon, but come on Stefan! I guess Klaus did get through to him after all. Now he doesn't want to switch his humanity back on, on purpose. Grr.
Rebekah - she has such a soft heart. I feel bad for her. I especially feel bad when Elena had to stake her.
Tyler - poor guy is caught in between his sire and his friends. I felt so bad for him when Caroline rejected him and chose not to be there for him anymore. Ouch.
Caroline - when Tyler said she's been there for him through everything, I was proud of her. But then she really disappointed me when she turned her back on him when he needed her the most. Not cool, Caroline.
Bonnie - she's still a witch. The end.
Matt - poor guy, he's the only human left in his circle of friends.
Michael - he's a scary guy. I'm kind of glad he's dead. He hurt Klaus too much through the years. Now he can't hurt him anymore. Stefan, unfortunately, took that job from now on.
This episode took me on a roller coaster side. It's incredibly amazing. Everyone who worked on this show is just simply amazing. They're the best out there, I'm serious. Not just because of the vampire aspect, but because of this episode. This episode is a true work of art.
Anyway, enough rambling. Some of my favorite quotes :D
Klaus: "...Michael's tragic run in with a dagger"
Stefan: "I'm 162 years old and I am going to a homecoming dance, I need better ties."
Damon: "Elena, remember, this thing blows, only one of us heals quickly."

Elena: "Stefan was right. Someone is going to let their humanity get in the way, and it's probably going to be me."
