"In Time" Movie Review

The university I attend offers free movie nights every first Tuesday of the month. This month, they offered to show "In Time" with Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried. I decided to go and see it with my friend Ashley from Typing Tiara (you all should go check out her blog after you read this post!).

Oh my gosh. Before you read the review, check out the trailer.

Okay, so you've seen it? OH. MY. GOSH. It was AMAZING! It had sexy people in it! Haha. Alex Pettyfer was in the movie, and let me tell you, I was practically swooning every time he appears! *sigh*

Story: Time = currency. There was no money in the world except time. People had a clock on their forearm and just as poor people in our society live from paycheck to paycheck, these people lived day by day, literally. Of course, as in our society, there were "gangsters" and "tycoons" that are extremely rich and don't want to share their wealth.

This is what death looked like.
Justin Timberlake - Will Salas was his character's name. Unaware of his father's background, he went on to repeat the actions that ultimately killed his father. As movie characters go, Will was one of those people that went into trouble to save someone's life. What he got in return was more trouble when the person he rescued transferred him "centuries" and then committed suicide. I won't tell you the whole story but pretty much, Will was on the run the entire movie...with Sylvia.

Amanda Seyfried - Her character was named Sylvia Weis and she was an heiress in the wealthy "time zone". She was abducted by Will during one of her father's parties. Abducted as she was, she chose not to return to her father even when she had the chance. As a result, she went on the run with Will throughout the entire movie... IN HIGH HEELS and apparently, makeup that doesn't smear. I mean, SERIOUSLY? They were RUNNING, sometimes SPRINTING and she was in HIGH HEELS!!! That's impossible! I was amazed she didn't break her ankle at all! It was really cool though, she was really beautiful throughout the movie :)

Alex Pettyfer - I am only including him in this review because he was so damn HOT. He was the gangster and even though I was supposed to hate him for taking people's "time", I loved him! I can't get over him, lol.

Now HE is a blonde I'll go for :D
They also had amazingly cool cars and buildings! They were so modern!
