John Travolta has again hit the limelight as rumors about his sexuality continue to circulate.
Travolta's legal battle with a masseur who claims Travolta made unwanted sexual advances during a massage last January has grown even worst as another masseur has surfaced and filed a second lawsuit Tuesday accusing Travolta of the same issue.
Both masseurs are represented by a single Los Angeles attorney though both are presently hiding their identities under "John Doe 1 & 2". Travolta's camp has expressed that the lawyer is simply aiming for "15 minutes of fame" and that they will go after the lawyer and the masseurs once they are prepared.
Masseur #2 in his suit is asking for $2 million in damages as he apparently has "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions."
The said incident is said to have taken place in a resort in Atlanta late January. However, Travolta immediately challenged the first man's claims as according to Travolta's lawyers, they can prove that Travolta was on the East Coast that day - across the country from the Beverly Hills hotel where the incident supposedly happened.
Travolta vehemently denies these lawsuits' validity and that "he is sick and tired of fighting this insidious, ongoing whisper campaign that has gone on for years,” says Travolta's long time friend.
Stories and rumors on Travolta's sexuality have always been popular despite his 20-year marriage toKelly Preston and the birth of three children, including son Jett, who died in 2009. The youngest, son Ben, was born in 2010.
In 1990, the National Enquirer paid Paul Barresi a reported $100,000 for a story where he claims to have had a two-year affair with Travolta in the 80's. Months later, Barresi retracted his statements and stated in a letter that he had never engaged in any homosexual behavior with Travolta.
