Summer Reading Bet Winner - Jen

Congratulations to my #twitterbffs Jen for winning my Summer Reading Bet. She guessed that I would read 11 books by August 13. My actual number of books read was 12. She was so close! Unfortunately, I will not be sending her anything in the mail because she didn't guess the exact number. However, I did promise to feature the person who makes the closest guess. So, now, on to the presentation :)

1. What made you decide to start a blog?

Well at first I wanted to start making videos but was too shy and self conscious to start and after seeing Elle & Blair's website I decided to start with a blog. I was talking to so many people on their forum and really wanted to start doing something to get me started in the beauty community. That is why I started with a blog and now have also been doing some videos.

2. Do you plan your blog posts?

I usually try to plan the topic of my posts but the actual writing portion is totally in the moment.

3. Tell us three interesting things about you.

- I stayed pale all summer since I was constantly indoors due to working and being in school all the time.

- I hate the rain and thunder scares me

- I am loving jeggings and want more.                  

4. Do you like to enter giveaways? If so, how many have you won?

I like to enter giveaways but do not enter often and sad to say I have not won anything yet. Hopefully I will be a winner sometime soon.

5. What's your favorite makeup products/brands?

Well I have favorite products that correspond with a favorite brand:

- Eyeshadow: NYX Cosmetics

- Foundation: MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Foundation #117 (current favorite)

- Lipstick: NYX Cosmetics

- Blush: Coastal Scents 10 Blush Palette

- Eyeliner: (Pencil) NYX Cosmetics Slide-On; (Gel) Physicans Formula Color Eye Enhancing

- Mascara: L'Oreal Millions or Telescopic

6. Do you like to read? If so, what's your favorite book/series?

I don't normally like to read but if I find a good book I can't put it down until I finish it. My favorite series was the Twilights series. I read all the books in a week and that was really fast for me.

7. Have you met any bloggers in person?

I have not met any bloggers in person but would love to meet my two blogger & twitter bffs Arianne and Bereniice.

8. Do you travel? Where have you gone or where would you like to go?

I have recently been trying to travel more with my boyfriend. We have been to Disney World twice but are planning a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for this upcoming December. I am so excited for that trip and can't wait.

9. What is your dream job?

I would love to have gone to college for event planning and become a high up event planner/wedding coordinator.

10. Say something random.

I'm not random, but I will say something. "Hi" 

The second closest guess was Ashley from Intro To Beauty and she guessed 15 books. :)
