Revlon-Almay Contact

I recently contacted Almay. I told them I've been doing some research to find the best foundation for me and it seems Almay is a pretty good match. I asked them if they have any samples and this is what they sent me in the mail:

They wrote me a letter saying they do not currently have samples, catalog, or coupons but they enclosed a gift certificate for $1.00 off any Almay products as well as a business card of someone I can speak to in case I have any questions. How cool is that?! I know $1.00 off is probably not that much for other people but I think it's pretty cool, especially because they sent it to me directly! :)

Anyways, have YOU contacted any brands for a sample? Did you get a reply? Let me know in the comments below :)
