Alvaro Arbeloa got injured in training

Arbeloa could miss the first clash of Euro 2012 against Italy after he injured his back at training. Arbeloa stopped in the training session in Poland, but Cesc Fabregas was with the team, showing that he is fit and could play. Cesare Prandelli is still unsure whether to replace Andrea Barzagli after he got injured for at least 2 weeks. Mario Balotelli also gave Italy a scare, but scans proved that his injury was minor and was told to stop training for precautionary measures only. Spain could also lose Jesus Navas, who has a bruised hand. Both sides can change players until Saturday, but they must prove to the UEFA that the injury occurred after squads were announced.
